3. DO NOT CREATE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.This type of activity will get you banned off our platform. You can get assigned as many tasks as you like under ONE account. As long as we have orders in your area and you maintain a good rating, you will receive new Lifts to complete.

4. You must have an active, personal Google account (ex. Gmail) to participate.

5. Understand that Lifts are assigned manually. If you don't get an assignment right away, it's only because a human hasn't gotten to it quite yet.

NOTE: We operate during normal business hours. If you apply after hours, expect to hear back the next business day Mon-Fri.

1. First you will create an account with us to become a "Lifter" with Uplift Local (this is how the system is able to send you the task and payment). DO NOT CREATE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.

2. Once our team sees your new account, they will assign you a simple research task, or a "Lift". Remember, assignments are manually done by humans, so please be patient.

3. The app sends you a link by text message that gives you the instructions step by step. Do the entire task from your cell phone. For the highest chances of getting assigned additional Lifts, we recommend completing ALL the steps requested. Businesses tend to rate participants higher when they fulfill all the steps outlined in the instructions. The higher your rating, the more Lifts you'll be assigned.

4. About 10 minutes after finishing your Lift, you'll get another text message with a link to get paid. Options are Venmo, Paypal, Bank Transfer and select U.S. gift cards (ex. Visa, Target, Walmart, Lowes, Starbucks etc.) WE DO NOT pay by CashApp or any payment method not mentioned. Do not sign up if you cannot receive payment by Venmo, Paypal, Bank Transfer or select U.S. gift cards.

5. You DO NOT NEED TO CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT to get assigned another task. As long as you keep a good rating and follow the Policies & Terms, our team will automatically assign you more tasks unless you ask us not to receive anymore or simply stop doing them (let them expire). Businesses tend to leave you a good rating when you complete ALL the steps in a task. If you aren't receiving assignments, log in to your Freelancer Portal click on Get Help to submit a ticket.

Lifts are manually assigned by humans based on two factors: demand and rating. If we have enough orders in your area and you have a high rating, you'll be assigned more Lifts.

It depends on demand. If we have a lot of orders in your area, you might get assignments every 2-3 days. If you feel you should be getting another assignment, you're always welcome to request one by logging in to your Freelancer Portal and clicking on Get Help to submit a ticket.

First, complete ALL the steps outlined in the instructions. Skipping any step may result in a lower rating from the business. Second, complete your Lift before it expires. Letting Lifts expire tells us that you're not really available for these tasks. Third, follow all Policies & Terms. If your account is banned due to suspected policy violations, you may stop receiving assignments with no explanation, as we are under no obligation to disclose the reason for account suspension.

Payments can take anywhere from 1 minute to 10 minutes to a couple days, depending on which method you chose. Gift cards are typically instant. Venmo may take 10 minutes to a couple hours. Bank Transfers might take a couple days. If you have waited more than 24 hours for payment and still not received it, submit a Help Ticket and we'll tell you what to do next. To submit a ticket, log into the Portal and click "Get Help."
